Thank you for your interest in a product donation for your event or activity. Please see our criteria listed below regarding what we are able to consider donating product for. Please note that donation requests must be received at least three weeks prior to the activity or event.
- We will only consider product donation requests for overseas military and activities/events that are within a 150-mile radius of our locations in Collegedale, Tenn., Gentry, Ark., Kingman, Ariz., and Stuarts Draft, Va., as all product donations must be picked up.
- We will not consider any request for a product donation for any activity/event that occurs between sundown Friday and sundown Saturday.
- All requests must be submitted by an administrator of the organization.
